Its such an energetic season especially in Lagos Nigeria as most of the biggest shows are staged here . In this edition , we will be taking an aerial view of some of these shows and what to expect .
Flagging things off this season were Africa Fashion week Nigeria and London . Not much of street style is promoted here rather focus is based mainly on emerging brands in Nigeria and other African countries .
This event showcased lots of textile and garment manufacturing conferences, press conferences, street catwalk and fashion shows from top fashion designers, model casting, latest hair styling, and makeup shows, and many more.
The event is aimed at promoting existing and emerging designers within Nigeria and Africa, helping them to improve and build a sustainable living for themselves, supporting education, creating jobs, and skills training through fashion.
The annual event is geared towards creating a platform for tourist attractions, helping the country understand the potentials of its fashion industry and grooming discovered fashion talents.
