The primary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to decide the party’s candidate in the Lagos governorship election finally got underway Tuesday.
Incumbent Governor Akinwunmi Ambode is going head to head against a former Commissioner in the state, Jide Sanwo-Olu and results have started trickling in across the wards.
Early results show Sanwo-Olu in a massive lead in the race to fly the party’s flag.
