Look for these Signs to Know If Your Man is Well Groomed

Self-care is not limited to the women alone . As a guy with bad grooming , zits and offensive body odour is equally unappealing . Even though a nice colonge can mask any smell , mouth wash / breath fresheners – used to mask poor dental hygiene , we good grooming is something think every guy should know and follow because it would fast-track him to looking his best and feeling more confident and comfortable.

Here are a few tell tale signs to know if his  grooming habits are on point .

When is comes to his beard, every detail matters

When trimming their beards, most guys just take a single trimming guard and go over their entire face with one setting, then they clean up the perimeter with a naked guard. In other words, many of neglect beard styling, and in turn overlook the various detailing options that come with many beard trimmers. If he invests in a detailing trimmer (either a device with a dozen different heads, or two separate devices—one for trimming, one for details), then you can tell he pays attention to detail .

He Takes Care of His Scalp &  skin  too.

Many men tend to have itching or flaking  scalps . The scalp needs as much effort as the skin on your face. So,if he  tries incorporating one or two scalp-centric products into his regimen, be it a scrub (to lift dead skin and stimulate circulation, which strengthens hairs), a balancing serum, a weekly antifungal wash, or a weekly deep-nourishing scalp mask ….bingo .

He has a signature scent—or two, or three.

While it’s great to have a signature scent, there are few fragrances that work universally for all occasions. A timeless classic cologne ,  a sultry tobacco scent & florals .

He gets a new toothbrush every 3 months.

Our  toothbrush’s bristles are rendered mostly ineffective after 3 months of use. They’re whittled, bent, and are just a few bucks to replace, so… replace them. So if  the guy has “Buy new toothbrush” as a recurring calendar event at the start of each quarter- then you know he is on point .

He knows about SPF

We talk a lot about anti-aging skincare strategies, and those products that reverse sun damage, fine lines, dark spots, and more and this is not just for the ladies as men age too .   He should at least coat himself with sunscreen before big days of sun exposure.
