Meet Kayi Dogbe – A Passionate Custodian of the Culture in Togo

Committed to serving the most vulnerable, especially for women’s rights, empowerment and development a driving force in the private sector , Kayi Dogbe has 27 years of professional experience in the field of management assistance, including more than 15 years in democratic, political and institutional governance and project and program management at the United Nations Development Program.
This rich experience has forged her leadership & developed her passion for sharing knowledge in excellence. This is what she applies today in the multidisciplinary consulting & strategy company KD group that she leads. Within the group are three companies working in the promotion of entrepreneurship, legal advice, democratic and political governance consulting, customized training for companies, project management, entrepreneurial, cultural and event promotion.

A lover of fashion , Kayi is the Patron of the largest fashion festival in Togo – Fimo 228 . She also runs an incubator with her partners to outside of Togo to assist women in the vulnerable group . Engaging them in various activities of exploring and developing their God given talents.

A revered lecturer  at the University of Lomé on topics related to administrative management in business, including managerial assistance and oral communication in business, including public speaking. As a lecturer, she is regularly solicited on the themes of leadership, personal development, non-violent communication, conflict prevention and management, and the etiquette of the young girl in society. Voted Woman of Influence of the Year 2021 at the National Women’s Leadership Summit, Best Female Leader of the Year 2021 by Togo Top Impact, and Femme Impactante at the Gala des Femmes Impactantes 2022. She was honored in Burkina Faso with an honorary award at the 10th anniversary of Les Débats Oratoires du Faso. She was also honored in Côte d’Ivoire for her commitment to the promotion of culture and creative industries. She also accompanies the excellence of the Togolese girl through the contest Joutes Verbales Francophones by a special trophy for female excellence.


Holder of a Master II in Public Law and a Master II in Project Management, Kayi Dogbe is married and has two children.
Her passion for art and culture leads her to support many social actions and cultural events, especially in the field of fashion, literature, music, painting and photography, symbols of the values and cultural wealth of her country.
