Today she is the founder of Nabou Fall Akademy a leadership coaching & transformational communication training academy.
As a sought-after public speaker, renowned , personal development coach, trainer, TEDx speaker and author, Nabou Fall mentors in various women empowerment NGOs throughout Africa. Motivated by her commitment to empower her African sisters she is the coordinator of Wimnet a network aiming at bridging the digital divide through capacity building. She is a cofounder of Impact Hub Abidjan & founding Chair of Women Investment Club Cote-d’Ivoire. Nabou Fall holds an engineering degree in Computer Science and Networks from
École Supérieure de Génie Informatique Paris, a Master’s degree in finance and management from ISG Paris & Tokyo. She has a Women Leadership Program certificate from Harvard Business School, a Boardroom Africa certificate powered by IOD London & a woman investors’ certificate from idep and ECA. A Certified Personal Branding Strategist (CPBS) & Certified Digital Branding Strategist (CDBS), she is an ICF Executive Coach and a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner. She seats on several boards including Africa Design School in Benin Republic and ADU Niamey, as well as 2 women’s organizations: Empow’Her & Zahara’s Dream.
