Multi-faceted global womenswear designer, Lisa Folawiyo has released the first set of its Spring/Summer 2021 collection which boasts an array of fantastic prints, patterns and colours.
“With the world at the cusp of a new era of fashion, the familiar sentiment of Lisa’s conscious reworking of the old to make new was amplified,” the brand says sharing the much-anticipated fashion offering on Instagram.
It continued, “We were led to use more locally sourced fabrics and conscious methods of production, to create exclusive pieces vital to every woman’s wardrobe. In this collection, all of LF’s trademarks are present – from the use of predominantly locally sourced ankara and adire fabrics, bold colours, contrasting prints, cocktail dresses, complex detailing wrapped up in classic pieces and silhouettes.”
