3. Try going off hormonal birth control pills: Birth control pills have the potential of many long term risks. Switching to hormone free birth control pills is advisable as there are a lot of available options.
4. Eat foods rich in nutrients
The food you eat will either directly contribute to your hormone balance or imbalance. Eat a balance of protein, carbohydrates, leafy greens, nuts, herbs and spices as well as seafood.
5. Take a lot of healthy fats
Healthy fats are building blocks for hormone production. Avocados, coconut milk, salmon, nuts and coconut oil are all great sources of healthy fats.
6. Avoid products that contain harmful chemicals.
Stay away from products with harmful chemicals like parabens, DEA, propylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfate e.t.c.
