It was a stylish night all around at the 2020 ARISE Fashion Week (virtual edition ) , from the models many fabulous looks as the hosts Seyitan Atigarin, Ojy Okpe and Adefemi Akinsanya.
The fashion event like every other had a few highs and Lows – like when Wande Coal’s performance was disrupted by technical issues ,certain brands resurfaced , International catwalk personalities were present in person and as the exotic location of Lakwe Lakes came alive on a fashionable note . Most parts of the show were quite captivating as the world watched the talented 30 under 30 African designers display their talent .
The 3 day Arise Fashion Week 2020 finally came to an end on Sunday and Kenneth Ize emerged winner of the 30 Under 30 competition. The young designer was rewarded with a $100,000 cash prize while runners-up Ré Lagos and South African Mmuso Maxwell received $75,000 and $50,000 respectively.
