POPARTII ‘s Potrays Young & Deviant via Wearable Art Campaign

POPARTII presents a deviance in creative thought by exploring the 90’s and Y2K youth pop culture movementIt is characterized by defiant vibrant graffiti, loud boom boxes, cartoon characters, lights and buildings from those decades for today’s youth.

In as much as we love the youthful vibe this brand projects, some of  the graffiti can be a bit to sexualised like –  Lady Part,  Tongue sticking out near the lady part , the middle finger icon at the back of the jacket etc ….   hence questioning the morals  of the wearer . Its all Art , we agree but its not meant to be slaughtered on the alter of decency  .

All in all , this is a welcome appeal . Although there are other brands that are somewhat in the same box as this brand but it has a unique vibe of mixing our favorite comic characters with ghetto fabulous .
