The First Lady of Kwara State, Founder Ajike People Support Center and Chairperson Nigeria Governors Spouses Forum Her Excellency Ambassador Professor Olufolake Abdulrazaq commended the consistency and innovation of the Africa Fashion Week brand. The First Lady made the commendation at the Grand Finale of the 16th Africa Fashion Week London held at the Northumberland, London.
Also at the event, Ambassador Abdulrazaq spoke about spotlighting Aso oke at the New York fashion week during Covid 19 pandemic and introducing Kwara Aso Oke weavers and introducing and sponsoring such brands as Fak Fashion, Dimeji Ilori and Styled by BKDY to the Africa Fashion Week over the years.
The First Lady who was made Matron of Africa Fashion Week ten years ago before she became First Lady and has tried to attend both London and Nigeria Fashion Weeks.
